When we were allowed outside to exercise in a group by Goverment guildlines, we were very busy keeping fit and strong. Outdoor fitness sessions for all the family. All our members have engaged in this, every Sunday, in various different parks in the area. We have grown in strenght, stamina and confidence, as well as enjoying and having endless amounts of fun. It really has been worth those Sunday Mornings, out in the fresh air, running, jumping, circuits, crossfit and judo specific exercises to keep us all on top of our game. 

The classes grew in size, as more families and individuals spotted us training and wanted a piece of the action. Something for everyone, no matter what your level of fitness. Exercises adapted to suit all.

All socially distanced of course inline with current goverment and National governing body of judo guidlines. Take a look at some of the photos and videos                                                                                  below to see us hard at work. 

Unfortuantly outdoor groups were stopped again, but we haven't stopped. Online we went, continuing with Sunday bootcamps and fitness. Again we grew, as more family members joined in. Its been inspiring to see all our members improving, enjoying and generally getting fitter, even in the comfort of their own home. We have set physical challenges along he way and all have been met and done with great interest and effort. Vey proud of our TEAM xx
