Since we have been allowed to by Goverment guildlines, we have been busy keeping fit and strong. Outdoor fitness sessions for all the family. All our members have engaged in this, every Sunday, in various different parks in the area. We have grown in strenght, stamina and confidence, as well as enjoying and having endless amounts of fun. It really has been worth those Sunday Mornings, out in the fresh air, running, jumping, circuits, crossfit and judo specific exercises to keep us all on top of our game. 

The classes have grown in size, as more families and individuals spotted us training and wanted a piece of the action. Something for everyone, no matter what your level of fitness. Exercises adapted to suit all.

All socially distanced of course inline with current goverment and National governing body of judo guidlines. Take a look at some of the photos and videos below to see us hard at work.
